This 8-week program is designed specifically for anyone who is training for a Spartan, Tough Mudder or any similar race, but it’s not limited just to that! This is an 8 week trainer that is great for anyone looking to increase their endurance, strength, and get leaner in the process.
All the workouts (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays) are designed to be done at home if you wish and require no gym equipment (other than light dumbbells or other things around your house like chairs or steps).
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays are running days and can be done on a treadmill at home or outside, which is recommended since the race will most likely be an outdoor race and not a treadmill race;)!
