Thanksgiving is this Thursday, and we’re all loosening our belts and preparing for a hefty day of good food and good company. However, you don’t have to completely go off course with your healthy eating efforts in order to enjoy the day.  I remember when I was on my Fat2Fit portion of my journey, I was concerned at what I would eat on Thanksgiving day – but I made do with a small plate and a portion of everything that I loved (you can see the video of what I ate here:
