Hey Drew! Well, it’s been 60 days since trying the keto challenge. I must say, the diet is different, but nonetheless yummy! I followed you to figure out exactly what can and cannot be eaten. It was definitely a fun experience that I would probably like to investigate further. I also started doing CrossFit. A friend of mine got me into it and I must say, it’s a real pain in the (you know what), but I kind of like it! Anyway, I’ve seen more of muscle and definition than the number on the scale go down.
