But, when you are a health and fitness entrepreneur with two daughters and a dog you have to adhere to a schedule to keep balance in your life and to make sure you fit everything in that’s important to you. I find it helpful to hear the daily routines of the people I follow for inspiration so, I decided to share mine with you.
