Everyone knows following a daily routine when you have a family is not the easiest thing in the world. But, when you are a health and fitness entrepreneur with two daughters and a dog you have to adhere to a schedule to keep balance in your life and to make sure you fit everything in that’s important to you. I find it helpful to hear the daily routines of the people I follow for inspiration so, I decided to share mine with you. During this episode, you will hear my daily routine, my fitness regimen, how I feed myself and my kids and how I stay focused on what is important to me.
