A life-long diabetic shares the information traditional doctors may not tell you.

Managing his diabetes during severe weight drops for high school wrestling sparked his interest in the biomechanics behind his condition. He received his Masters of Science from University of Kansas Medical Center and has dedicated his life to helping athletes cure chronic injuries when traditional medicine has been ineffective. He has written articles for Men’s Fitness, Diabetes Forecast and contributed to the Complete Idiot’s Guide to Core Conditioning.
