It’s that time again…pumpkin spice EVERYTHING! ğŸŽƒ


Starbucks has rolled out their pumpkin spice latte, but at 380 calories, 52 grams of carbs, and 50 grams of sugar, it’s not even close to being keto friendly. ğŸ‘ŽğŸ¾

Thats why I decided to share with you my favorite Phat Pumpkin Spice Latte! So you can have your spice and eat it too. 😜

Phat Pumpkin Spice Latte   


 Ingredients:

1 cup brewed coffee
1 scoop Complete Wellness Vanilla MCT Oil Powder
1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ tablespoon grass fed butter
1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

 Instructions:

  • Combine almond milk, heavy cream, pumpkin puree, butter, and stevia in a small pot over medium heat. Heat until warm, careful not to boil.   
  • Remove from heat and pour into large mug with brewed coffee, add MCT oil powder, spices, and vanilla. Blend with milk frother until well combined. (you may also blend in a blender.) Enjoy!   

 Makes 1 serving   

Nutrition Information: 160 calories, 16g fat, 4g carbs (3g net carbs), 1g protein
