For those that haven't seen or heard my wife, Lynn, has created a section just for women: women.fit2fat2fit.com One of the rules of the section is "No Boys Allowed"! So I feel like a rebel even writing this post when I'm not supposed to venture into the club. Ha.

I wanted to make sure that any woman that is pregnant and needing advice on the proper nutrition and exercise to follow would know Lynn is doing posts all week specifically to do with pregnancy.
