This treat is traditionally created with sugar filled pudding, crushed up cookies, and chemical laced hydrogenated oil that is passed off as ” whipped cream.”
Here’s a better, healthier, and keto friendly treat that your whole family will love this Halloween!
Ghosts in Graveyard
2 medium avocados, pitted & peeled
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup powdered stevia
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup
For the ghosts:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1-2 tablespoons powdered stevia
Sprinkle of cocoa powder or chocolate protein powder (for the “dirt”)
8 sugar free mini chocolate chips
Blend all ingredients, except for the ghost ingredients, in a blender until smooth. Place in a bowl and chill in refrigerator for about 2 hours.
Prior to serving, beat heavy cream and additional stevia until stiff peaks form.
Distribute pudding into 4 serving dishes.
Sprinkle cocoa powder on top of pudding. Pipe whipped cream on one side of pudding to make “ghost.” Place 2 mini chocolate chips for eyes on each ghost.
Serve immediately after.
