Cobb salads are a great option when eating out on keto, but sometimes they’re drenched in not so keto-friendly dressings. Here is a quick, easy Keto Cobb Salad you can make from home that your whole family can enjoy!

Keto Cobb Salad


3 cups romaine salad mix
3 ounces boneless skinless chicken thighs, cooked & chopped
2 eggs, hard boiled & sliced
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
⅓ medium avocado, sliced
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons paleo ranch dressing
salt & pepper, to taste


  • In a large bowl layer salad, sliced hard-boiled egg, bacon, cheese, and avocado.
  • Top salad with cooked chicken thighs and drizzle with ranch, enjoy!
