FOLLOW ALONG WITH THE JAYNES!

For those that want to follow the Jaynes "2 Fit" here are some helpful details to know where to start:

 Jenny:

 – Jenny started the 2Fit program on Saturday August 25, 2012, which = Day 1 for her

 – Jenny will be following the MEN's meal plans for days 1-30 starting on Day 1. Then on Day 31, she will switch over to Day 31 of the Women's meal plans. 

 – Jenny will start with the Day 31 workout and move forward from there (This is because she had already done the stretching and core workouts for 2 weeks prior to starting on Aug. 25, 2012. You can start on Day 1 if you haven't worked out in a long time and want to start out slow).

 – Jenny will be taking the following supplements (NO, you don't have to take these, but these are the ones she'll be using: 2Fit Supplements, Quest Protein Bars, & WholeBody Green

Aaron:

 – Aaron started the 2Fit program on Saturday August 25, 2012, which = Day 1 for him

 – Aaron will be following the Men's meal plans, starting with Day 1, for the whole 6 months

 – Aaron will start with the Day 31 workout and move forward from there.  (This is because he had already done the stretching and core workouts for 2 weeks prior to starting on Aug. 25, 2012. You can start on Day 1 if you haven't worked out in a long time and want to start out slow).

 – Aaron will be taking the following supplements (NO, you don't have to take these, but these are the ones he'll be using: 2Fit Supplements, Quest Protein Bars, & WholeBody Green

Please note that Aaron and Jenny will have the option to mix and match the recipes for other days on my meal plans for certain ones that they don't like, which will change their grocery lists.  Feel free to look over the meal plans and workouts and adjust based on your needs or preferences. If you can't afford the same supplements Aaron and Jenny are taking or don't want to take them, please don't use it as an excuse not to follow them on this journey 2 Fit.  The scariest step for most people is the first. Jump in and listen to your body to determine what works best for you. Excited for you to join the Jaynes and work towards your own fitness goals!
